nice presentation. I'm torn, but I think I like the last one the best. The background is beautiful, but subtle in coloring enough to really make the text pop in just the right way. I will say though that the lightening is a little out of place for me. I wonder if it were placed in a slightly different place, or if it appeared just a little somewhere else. As it is, with it showing up very visibly in its current spot, it makes the background a little uneven to me. I could even see it without the lightening, or at least taken down a bit in brightness. It's a little distracting from the whole.

Other than that, it's great. I love the font choices and the clouds/balloons make for a great combination. And like I said, I think I'm leaning towards the very last one as my favorite color-wise. Hope your friend loved it! (what was this group ... like a band or something?)

i can understand what you mean about the lightening. it looked better when you could actually see where it was coming from. my favorite one is the last one too, but she chose the third one. the first and third one were just too pink for me, but thats why she liked those.

and its not a band, i think she told me its her and some roommates and a local dj got together and as a side venture to make money, they throw and host parties every week. and purple just happened to be all their favorite colors, hence the name

oh fun, extra money is always good. It's always sad to me when a client doesn't choose my favorite design, but such is life. Oh well, they were all good.
